Lorelee Lane Farm is five acres of farmland in beautiful Roberts Creek, BC, producing llama and alpaca fleece as well as chicken and duck eggs for sale, a variety of vegetables, and a huge cutting garden from which some flowers—rudbeckia and zinnia—are useful for textile dying; Rudbekia and Zinnia.

Reba (llama) was adopted as an SPCA rescue. When she first arrived, she was very malnourished, thin, and afraid of people. She is now a beautiful, robust, friendly girl who enjoys her mini-goat stable mates as well as her two alpaca friends.

Tess and Shadow (alpaca), originally bred on Vancouver Island, I believe, were purchased from a local farmer in Roberts Creek. Tess is a healthy and friendly first, with a most gorgeous white fleece. Shadow has a dark brown fleece. She is partially blind, missing one eye, but manages fabulously.

And if you are looking for a short getaway, the beautiful loft space above the barn is available for rent through Air B’nB.
