Fibreshed members are busy preparing for our booth at the Hackett Park Arts & Crafts Fair in Sechelt the weekend of August 14-15. We are getting together at the Arts Centre every Monday and Tuesday until then, cleaning and carding fibre provided by sheep from the Sunshine Coast. At the fair, our booth will feature not only fibre ready to spin or felt, but also handspun yarn and garments and household objects made with this yarn.

If you’re interested in helping with this, or you just want to drop by and see what it’s all about, you’ll find us outside under the trees when weather permits, surrounded by mounds of beautiful, fluffy wool!
